      Agreed,

      I think it worked before Musk because it didn’t used to require login and it was a (relatively) benevolent player in the internet realm before the buy out. And government is reluctant to change. We are now seeing the consequence of a divided internet ecosystem driven by engagement/money rather than for the good of the people.

      Amber alerts are turned on by default on every phone. Who is turning them off and relying on Twitter to provide them? Why is that even a feature in the app?
