EDIT: The FBI has since corrected themselves and are now treating it as an act of terror.

Yeah, the status changed once the FBI got involved (after the screenshot). Good, but it is mind-blowing how the Mayor’s office tried to argue against it. Not surprising, but still mind-blowing.

EDIT: Sorry, busy morning and got it turned around. Mayor’s office said it wasn’t terrorism, FBI said it wasn’t but has since changed their tune.

This post is exactly why msm is despised, and obviously, I know this chump isn’t msm but just using the same tactics. Be first, not accurate. Instead of waiting a measly 4-5 HOURS to get more information, just vomit out a divisive viewpoint to rile up people and create anger. How about people stop for a bloody minute and think, and believe me, I know that’s asking a lot…

I’m Australian and I saw US coverage on our news literally within an hour of the event “Police and FBI are treating this as a potential terrorist incident.”

This is how much I’ve managed to avoid the news. This is the first I am just hearing about New Orleans.

I’m afraid of kids who tie a quarter in the gumball machine to get free gum balls! And claw machines… They’re rigged!

    Terrorism!

This post should be removed since it’s patently false. They didn’t call the ceo shooting terrorism either until they learned he was shot for political reasons, which is bs but my opinion on it is irrelevant

I included the post date and time in the screenshot for context, just in case the status changed. The fact is that the Mayor’s office genuinely argued that it was not an act of terrorism. That is a fact, not misinformation.

EDIT: Sorry, busy morning and got it turned around. Mayor’s office said it wasn’t terrorism, FBI said it wasn’t but has since changed their tune.

I watched the FBI special agent in charge state on a live broadcast that it wasn’t terrorism. Maybe she misspoke, maybe they changed their position. But don’t claim this is spreading false information

I’m not on the medias / courts side here, but what the killer of Brian Thompson did is literally terrorism. (Unlawful) political violence with the goal of pushing an ideology or gaining sympathy for once cause or causing fear and panic. The killcount and wether or not you agree with the message doesn’t matter. There don’t even have to be deaths. The killdozer rampage was an act of domestic terrorism.

Absolutely just like American attack on Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam were acts of terrorism; like the attacks of Israel on West Bank, Gaza, Syria; Russian attack on Ukraine are acts of terrorism.

Or is it that if the government does it, it is justified and if an individual kills a despicable human being it is an act of terrorism.

I didn’t say anything about justified or nor justified. But yes. If the government does it it’s usually not terrorism because it’s based in law. That doesn’t make murder better. But it’s simply by definition not terrorism.
