i feel you, i work in a warehouse/factory (i do our manufacturing in house and also oversee the inventory/shipping etc in the warehouse) and i’m not gonna pretend i have the greatest diet but i don’t eat this kinda food. granted i’m a vegetarian so i’m almost forced to eat vegetables but still. like you said, i’ll make one big ass pot of chilli or soup for the week and then i can just have other random little meals in between. i get those Birds Eye frozen power blends for like 2 bucks a bag, they’re healthy for you, don’t have crazy preservatives or anything you don’t wanna be eating, and you literally just put it in the microwave. i would rather eat 3 of those a day if i had to than eat this person’s diet which imo takes a long time to prepare and is just gonna have him shitting blood if anything comes out at all
