I think the bottom part is an extreme close up of a robot from the new DC show. The robot is a character who was built in the 1940s to fight WW2 and the joke is that he’s always asking the other characters “When are we going to kill Nazis?” and saying things like “This is my second favorite thing! Right after killing Nazis.”
Do they kill enough Nazis that it’s worth watching?

I really want a story with either the robot or captain America where he comes back. He’s very celebrated, and a few weeks in he flips out against the government because they’re all fascists
A. Worth watching. Definitely. If for nothing else, just to hear Sean Gunn’s The Weasel some more. Although Viola Davis’s VO at the beginning of the show sounds like she’s trying to swallow the microphone.
B. How many ways can one cartoon explore a Gogol Bordello song??? Great use of soundtrack.I like Gogol Bordello but I gotta be honest it felt like a lot. Still enjoying it overall. GI Robot deserves his own series.
