If you expand the red box at the bottom you see instances that move in and out of it per-refresh. (Even when I got mysef a new IP address, lemmy.ca, feddit.org and discuss.tchncs.de are in “not responding”.)

Only including lemmy servers. Who cares about mastodon, can we even interact with it really?
Maybe someone wit a better IP could move some of the red boxes up.
