The smell of rain

    actually in Italian there is a word to describe the smell of when it starts to rain and it is: Petricore

          The title of the post, Petrichor, is the chemical responsible for the smell. So i assume “petrichore” in Italian is “petrichor-like” or “peteichory” translated literally to english. I’m just guessing though
