    Started lifting 3 days a week and all the little everyday aches and pains disappeared. 10/10 would recommend.

      you probably already are, but i feel compelled to say this every time since my own lifting resulted in several permanent injuries that didn’t show up until after almost 20 years of doing it poorly and it makes we wish i that i never lifted to begin with: USE PROPER FORM and warm-up & cool-down!

    I live in a walkable city and mostly only go out to go to the supermarket or post office. My physical health sucks, I fear to even imagine how bad it would be if I drove everywhere by car.

      It really depends on what type of exercise you are doing. I for example really like cycling and can hold speed of around 25 km/h for extended distances. I hate going to the gym though because that actually felt like concentrated suffering to me. You have to do some work to figure out what you can do and like
