I gave up after two years of reporting it. It would say there’s not a cloud in the sky when it’s raining. Not to mention there are plenty of Apple employees where I live, so undoubtedly they are aware of how lousy it is.
You might find the Apple weather app is often incorrect. Plenty of other options. Personally I’ve been using carrot weather.
