I’m tired of guessing which country the author is from when they use cup measurement and how densely they put flour in it.

You don’t need to measure spoons yes, but I’d rather not dirty a cup, a bowl, a teaspoon and a tablespoon. I’d rather dirty one bowl and zero the weight every time I’m pouring something in.
