Yeah unexpected blackouts are v bad, but with hospitals usually on their own power grid (and with their own generators) people in those situations are usually taken to hospitals or other areas where generators are available.

Though if you’re in a state like Texas, you’re pretty much at constant risk of being fucked by blackouts anyway tbf
