Pufferfish are real dorks but are comfortable with that.They might not be commonly considered cute, but I think that Magnapinna squids are amazing! Just look at those long tentacles:

oh no i spread misinformation; the elephantnose fish is a fresh water fish
Owl fish is not owl-like enough imo
And not dirty enough since they are in water
