One week into early voting. Hopefully, that’s not too late. Texas has so many non-voters. It could easily be a swing state if enough effort was made.
Dems havs been investing more into Texas in general this cycle at least for Senate. This is not an act in isolation
Dems will not win Texas for the presidential race. A Harris visit is for fundraising. It means there are some very rich people there that they think will donate to them for a little access. The speeches are tacked on to make it less gauche.
The senate race is close. Ted Cruz is unpopular amoung republicans and only won narrowly in 2018 as Texas has gotten more and more blue
