I did! When I was a kid we were at the zoo and the caretaker was taking the lion cub back to mom after taking it to the vet and we were on the way. It was a week day and it was very empty so she let us hold the cub to take a picture! it was like a heavy puppy. Sooo cute. I still.have the picture somewhere.

In the ancient times, when we, old people, were young, there were no phones or even digital cameras! We would have to take pictures on mobile analog cameras, take the film to a chemist that would, through magic, print that on paper! It was crazy!

anyways… the paper picture (and 5 thousand others) is somewhere under my mother’s bed at her house lol not very easy to find

When the circus came to town I got my picture with a tiger. I was about six or so, I think. Maybe seven. I also rode an elephant and that was terrifying. Circuses are evil, but I got those two unusual experiences before I was old enough to know.

I got to bottle feed a 13 week old cub, very odd experience. They are not soft.

To duplicate the experience, pet this:

I once saw a tiger cub, at a zoo, get entangled in some branches. At first it was just a little annoyed, as it was trying to free itself. It was cute to watch and you’d be forgiven for wishing you could’ve given it a hand. When it couldn’t immediately get itself free it began sneering, released its claws and dug into those branches like a chainsaw, pieces of wood flying everywhere.

It was impressive to see how much power, and fury, that cute little thing was packing.

It’s so obvious that this exploitative tour has been baiting the animals. How cruel :(
