Not sure, I have been seeing more links recently tho. Admittedly I have an account, but have only used it once to lurk a bit.

At this point the only social media I use is Hexbear and I have a Mastodon account on a server my friend runs. I barely go on Mastodon either tho, I’m just not sure it’s the right format for me. I think I need a platform that does long form posts and discussions just as well as it does short bits and memes.

I’ve also never felt any sense of community on any of the mainstream platforms, give me a forum and IRC any day.
