If I navigate to https://lemmy.ml/c/simplex the page behaves as if I’m not logged in (eg. I see the “login” and “signup” at the top-right link instead of my profile).
I visited other communities (including this one I’m posting on) and they seem fine; hard-refreshing the browser doesn’t seem to have any effect, nor does logging out of lemmy and authenticating again.
Can someone try and report if it’s a bug or some astral conjunction affecting my PC?
edit: It works now. No idea why.
This almost definitely won’t be related to which page you visit (but never say never).
Are you going to it in a different tab? I ask because I’m running into this problem with the most recent updates to Firefox when using Multi-Account Containers.
Speaking of bugs: c/meta is a “local only” community, which means 1) voting is broken and 2) when you post a comment, you will probably get an error message even though your comment will get published. You’ll often see duplicate comments because of this.
