That aside, of course, I’m hoping for some happy EM POC vibes this week!

    tbh i feel like i squandered all the opportunities i was given when i was a teenager to connect with my heritage more, and now its a lot harder to do it. like i had the opportunity to learn gujarati but i mostly messed around in class and now i regret it

    Heh, a lot of migrants like me and you do… thankfully, I’ve began to pick up more on my native tongue, from my parents, but as for connection to my nation, I don’t feel it nor do I find it much interesting…

    (hint: it’s the other nation infamous for codeswitching between English and the national language)
