Narcissists are brazenly selfish, vain, self-centred, etc. and don’t care what others think unless it’s praising, in their interests at the time, or negativity toward them is very popular.

Why does it need to be a disorder? Being a selfish greedy asshole is not a disorder. It can be a result of some disorders, but it doesn’t have to be.
