It seems relatively minor because we have 1.5 genocides going on at the moment, but when people don’t have money, they starve, and Israel has succeeded in turning West Bankers into wage slaves depending on their money. The post-2005 Gaza-Israel conflict was originally caused by the Israeli blockade (which, contrary to popular knowledge, came before any terror attacks, because it happened at the same time as the withdrawal). Just because they’re not lobbing rockets doesn’t mean this isn’t an atrocity that will cause damage for decades to come; remember 200k people is a little under 10% of the West Bank’s population. Not working population, just the whole population.

The issue is a lack of respect for Palestinians leading to crimes against them. The only solution is for Palestinians to be seen as living beings who deserve fair treatment. This means fighting the smaller battles as well. Note the ‘as well’, not ‘instead of’.

Stochastic terrorism is furthered every time the outgroup is treated as lesser. Every single one of those treatments has to be questioned to stop this. It is tiresome. It is never-ending. It is impossible. I don’t give a shit, because I live in a world where people are treated like shit ‘just because’ and fuck anyone who allows that to happen, but in a non-sexual way because those people don’t need attempt to train more children to think like them.
