got a stim toy yesterday. wow i should have been doing this earlier.
I’m glad you’re finding it helpful! What did you get? I’ve been meaning to get something for a while but really not sure what would work for me. Maybe a fidget spinner from some material I wouldn’t find upsetting would be a good start.
