When we started this site more than sixteen years ago, we never expected it to last this long. The fact that TorrentFreak is still around today is in large part thanks to our loyal readers. The commenters have played their part as well but, eventually, most things come to an end.

In other words… people made the kindergarten out of the comment section, as always, and now TF decided to close it.

My own observation

90 percent of all comments I read are BS, no matter what platform. Does not surprise me a bit, would do the same I guess. Most intelligent people usually do not hang around on platforms or waste their lifetime commenting, just my observation of 30 years internet.
