    Poorly worded but sounds like they’re basically saying… if we ban your account and/or you don’t use it we can purge your data.

    Possibly trying to avoid any data retention costs.

    Including removing any paid content or access paid for with subscription.

    But regardless, that is what it’s saying so they would have the right to ban you for not using it for some period they determine unless the terms specify what constitutes “lack of use”

    Their biggest concern is how you can poison or twist a model. The most powerful instruction is always the most recent instruction. I think the rest of that is trying to soften the message of “we can ban you at any time for any reason.”
