An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.
Give people a path to citizenship. The vast majority of folks we’re talking about are living a lawful life and paying taxes.
It’s ludicrous to say we’re going to deport 12 million people. Now how are you going to do that?
We are not a society that is going to stand for tearing families apart. We are not going to buy into this administration’s fear mongering.
Given that entering US without proper documentation is a civil violation and not criminal, she is right. That’s what they term means legally and she was a prosecutor.

Thanks. This is what I needed to understand because I assumed entering the country illegally was crime therefore doing so would make someone a criminal by committing said crime.
To ignore it requires some research. Even 5 minutes, given all the statements out there, becomes tiring. It sounds like it’s an inconsistency and therefore it must be.
It’s so dumb, yeah. But I think we’re all doing that now, in sheer exhaustion, just like the GqP wants, and we need it spelled out for us so we can spread a coherent rebuttal when we hear nonsense like this.

I want to believe the exhaustion will end for a while if we get a decent and good person in both seats at the white house, or at least we can switch from firefighting to education. “Yes, the nearly-adequate healthcare you love is really Obamacare by another name. Stop voting to destroy it” – that kind of education.
