Pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel activists claim targeting Zionists isn’t antisemitic because not all Jews identify as Zionists; new policy shows school disagrees, given that most Jews do

In July, Meta banned the use of “Zionist” as a cover for attacks on Jews or Israelis on its platforms. Now, NYU, which like many universities became embroiled in pro-Palestinian unrest during the last school year year, appears to be the first college to take a stance on the term’s use.

      Spot on. They have a sect called Chabad where you can’t touch, acknowledge or even talk to the women. If that’s not right wing shit baggery idk what is.

    If you have ever been to Passover with a Zionist, you know how bad they are. Literally the worst people.

    But per the IHRA definition of antisemitism, which has been widely adopted (and here), anti-Zionism is antisemitic. Why do you hate Jewish people?

    • Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.

    • Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.
