CHICAGO — A Kamala Harris administration will not cut or condition US security assistance to Israel, her former aide says during a panel on the sidelines of the Democratic National Convention.

Jewish Democratic Council of America CEO Halie Soifer, who previously served as Harris’s national security adviser in the Senate, notes that the Biden-Harris administration has approved more aid to Israel in the past six months — $15 billion — than any other administration ever.

Money can’t just become bombs. There needs to be enough industrial capacity to actually make the bombs, and they need the US for that because our economy is based mostly on war. They can’t just go on Amazon and buy bombs lol

But again, I am fully in favor of confiscating or destroying all of the bombs and jets and guns we already have them.

You have no idea how easy it is to get bombs if you have money.

The US is the biggest arms dealer in the world, but they aren’t the only one.

Oh, hey, lookie who made the list. But you think Russia, China, or the C.R. are going to turn down Israeli money?

Russia is a little busy right now.

And if you add all of Europe and Israel together it still comes out under the US alone. The US is not just the biggest arms dealer, once you take Russia out of the equation it’s the biggest by a long shot. Also? The UK, France, Italy, etc would pull out the instant the US did. Germany is the only one on the list I could see continuing arming Israel no matter what.

They’d have to slow down. More importantly, they’d have to worry about their strength in comparison to their rivals in the Middle East. Without the endless spigot of bombs from the US the prospect of a war with Iran would look at lot scarier.
