The actor does an excellent job of embodying the kind of evil that exists in real life instead of the usual cartoon evil. He really breathed life into dukat and made him feel like a real person.
Contrarian edgelords went out of their way to call Dukat the good guy so often that the actor himself took a moment to personally address them and basically say at one time “I am the bad guy. The bad guy. Bad. Guy.”
He’s probably my favorite Star Trek character. Complex, funny, but also deeply evil.
