I don’t agree with copyright or the US but kim is full of shit and definitely did solicit piracy with cash bonuses. There’s nothing ideological about megaupload, it’s not the piratebay taking a stance against copyright, it’s not even a neutral safe harbor, it’s just a for profit enterprise that blatantly broke the law and is now crying crocodile tears over the extremely predictable consequences.
