If there’s anyway to convince him not to run that’d be wonderful. There are many Maga folks that emulate him but I don’t think they’re nearly as likely to be able to actually pull off a coup.

I suspect he’ll die out of prison in a natural manner, but relatively soon. Prison is out of the question without the court getting members added. They are fully on the Trump train and even the plain text of the constitution doesn’t sway them.
