Google’s smartphone shipments in Japan in Q1 2023 reached an all-time high share of 34% in the brand’s overall global shipments to secure the top position.
That is really impressive. I think it helps that the carrier market in Japan is really diverse and Android phones are (or at least were, when I was there) common choices.
