Ex-Florida quarterback Jalen Kitna, the son of retired NFL quarterback Jon Kitna, has agreed to a plea deal that will dismiss five felony child pornography charges stemming from his arrest last November.
Even if there were wrinkles to the case, not even going on the registry seems like some pretty gross rich-people justice, and I say that as a Florida alum. This is not some “missed the Romeo & Juliet cutoff by 6 months” thing. By all reports he had some truly disgusting, depressing images and admitted to being a regular on whatever discord or forum it was.
Agreed. And it wasn’t just possession, it was distribution too. Maybe he gave them bigger fish to fry?
Maybe. Would make sense for a plea deal to have that clause in it. Regardless, it’s still disgusting. Hang him out to dry
