Just had a great experience with support and wanted to express my thanks. I had an issue with my payment, so submitted a ticket to support. Within less than an hour they told me they fixed it and I should try to pay again, and it actually worked. So yeah, absolutely amazing support.

Now granted they probably treated me better because I was actively trying to give them money at that moment, but still, it was an amazing experience. No back-and-forth asking for various info, no long wait time, simple and to the point. This is how every customer support should strive to be, it’s so much more convenient than a phone hotline.

    I recovered my account some time ago because i could no longer access my old 2fa (after some years of not playing). Worked flawless.
