Good to know! I signed up, found it weird it only worked in the app. Got an email a couple of days later that I had to upload additional docs. Opened it on a desktop, the link just didn’t work, it was a mobile only link. Not user friendly and not keen to trust them with my money.
I’ll stick with Wise. Happy customer for years.
Is there any reason to use this over my existing wise account?
I have been using them for a few days now. The card was free, and shipped quickly. Support has been a mixed bag, fastest way to get it was in-app. But they can’t do everything so sometimes you have to rely on email, they also apparently have a forum. There is no phone support like Wise does. Besides that, bank transfers move much more quickly compared to Wise, and they gave me cashback (but only up to £5 worth). Besides that, everything works (besides the one time support stopped working, but that was just because I had not updated the app). Technologically superior to NZ bank apps, but that shouldn’t be a surprise.
