This is a move I don’t understand. But I wonder what it will mean for the site as a useful resource.
And for every other team. I wonder if we’ll charge people to use it?
The way I’ve read it, it sounds like it’s going to be closed, and it will be an internal resource for the Caps only.
That makes sense. It is funny to see “70% of teams scrambling” because they rely entirely on a free website for their salary cap calculations.
Yeah it’s a little shocking the NHL doesn’t have an internal database of this info for the teams to use.
