I’d love to see it take off as well. I primarily used Apollo for reddit. I hate the reddit app, I do not need advertisements and religious “he gets us” bullshit pushed on me every time I want to look and make sure nobody is having problems with my addon. I won’t be on reddit near as much. I’m stuck checking it from my pc only and that’s not often.
Hey! It’s my addon dev!
I too am mourning the loss of Apollo and have hopped on the fuck spez bandwagon. On the bright side, Umbrella works like a champ.
I’ve signed up early to avoid the rush. Lol. I see you’ve been putting the work in listing addons here. I hope it takes off. If it picks up I will help as and when I can. I’m hopeful you being here will draw users over.
Me too! I’ve joined the discord server, but it’s not really the same. I know the sub-reddit is still there but I’m loathed to use Reddit at all these days. What I found best about the sub-reddit was the troubleshooting and heads up for issues. So many times I would have a issue, check in on a4k and solve it right away. Now I bounce between the github pages and discord. But to be fair it’s been a trouble free experience of late.
I mean, it’s not like nobody’s joining, and a few people who have are making useful posts, so hopefully it’s only a matter of time 🙂
Though, I honestly expected this community to move away from Reddit more actively.
Edit: I suppose me not noticing your post is a month old isn’t a great sign… hah
Lol… no, that doesn’t help at all.
