As I said last month, I just want to point out that you can do these on a local server if you can’t get a VPS for some reason.
VPS is recommended, though, as that means you’ll already have a machine that is only accessible via SSH. Plus it’s faster to redo everything feom scratch if you severely screw up your install.
Luckily I got myself a VPS months ago planning to do something with it. Then the ADHD set in, and I keep forgetting about having it,and forgot what I’d got it for in the first place.
