Same, Firefox on Android even in my case.
Disable enhanced tracking protection temporarily and try again. The signup form uses mailchimps which is blocked my firefox tracking protection and most adblockers.
Same on Firefox on Andry. Had to use Brave.
I have no problem on firefox. Maybe click it a few times to see if that changes anything?
