There’s Microsoft Office as I said, or Apple’s office apps Pages, Numbers and Keynote. Both suites integrate with their respective cloud drives (OneDrive/iCloud Drive), Apple’s suite is entirely free/included with your device.

Alternatives to Google app X for Apple’s iOS?
Google Docs would be Pages, Google Sheets would be Numbers (and there’s Keynote for presentations). Or Microsoft’s office suite for example.
Not sure if there’s a list specifically addressing what you’re looking for, but alternativeto.net probably lists alternatives for all Google apps.

I have a drive replacement and Email but I’d say docs is what I use most and what I’d like to switch to a non google app

There is Microsoft’s suite available on mobile, and there is also onlyoffice, which is FOSS
