So i run my own instance of 1 user. Ive subscribed to about 30 communities and They have all been pending for days. Only 2 have been marked as subscribed. Is it just an overloaded thing? Ive tried unsub and subscribing again. no luck.
Are the instances you’re subscribing to running older versions of Lemmy?
Most are the latest. And majority are world ml and bee

It appears to be some problem with performance that impacts the bigger servers.
There is an open issue on github: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/3203
Other than the issues with old lemmy instances having this bug, make sure your activitypub is setup correctly to return JSON.
How do i check that? Im getting content and my posts and comments go out so i dunno
