    Hai guys.

    Can you critique my new routine?

    Sun: Legs

    Mon: Chest/Tris

    Tues: Back/bis

    Wed: Shoulders

    Thurs: Legs

    Fri: Chest/Tris

    Sat: Back/bis

    Sun: Shoulders

    What I like about this routine is, that I get to work out 8 days each week. But, is this overtraining??
