Recently noticed this open source math exchange-like site. The community is pretty slow (seems like there’s lots of people interested in answering questions, but not so many posting them), which may make it a good target if you’ve got a good question that isn’t getting the attention you’d like.

Curious if anybody knows other alternatives.

    It’s definitely an interesting question whether and how X-exchange/overflow platforms could be build on the fediverse. The compelling part is the ability to deploy the essential idea/design but with different moderation and community values as needed or desired, and also, to “own” the information and platform. What the fediverse brings is the ability to easily connect with an existing userbase and ecosystem of communities, so getting off of the ground can be easier, just as meta is doing right now.
