Depends on the radar sensitivity and the target acquisition software. More plane might not be more better if they can’t lock on a target as small as a drone.

Depends on what their loadouts look like but probably the second option. 100 drones is a lot of small targets and I’m not quite certain F16s have the numbers of missiles. I could be wrong though.
