With a bot it would be pretty simple to crosspost discussion links from reddit. Would anyone be interested in that? Just to get posts going.
Probably couldn’t post galleries though, unless the author posted an MD link or something in a comment

I’d really not give them the traffic, honestly. But that’s just me personally.
I’d be done under the free tier of the API, so no revenue generated for them. Could also use other methods like Mangadex directly as the other user suggested
