If their golden parachute is Boeing-branded, it probably won’t open.
Luck for them, they don’t have doors.
He’s still a shareholder, like he was during all others Boeing fuckups when he wasn’t CEO. Ever since McDonnell Douglas merged (or basically bought Boeing with Boeing own money) Boeing is no longer an airplane manufacturer. It’s now only a listing in the stock exchange without any engineers in the leadership position. Pre-merger, Boeing was run by engineers, they had top management positions, post merger, they were all fired or forced out and failing McDonnell Douglas executives took over those positions in Boeing.
All they do is buy back their stock and get richer while losing market share. The only reason they still sell any planes is that Airbus doesn’t have the capacity to produce more and has a 10-year-long backlog of orders.
amid safety crisis
And murder of whistle blower.
Should be stepping into jail cell.
Literally the worst thing that can happen to a rich white person

Reason: We do not wish harm to others here.
Trying to escape culpability from ordering a hit on a whistleblower most likely.

I really feel for these guys. I hope their golden parachute was big enough. Maybe we should start a GoFundMe for them
