    The success had to do with the condoning of alternatives, mainly snus (a tobacco pouch to put in your mouth). This is easier to consume, as it produces no smoke, so it can be used indoors.

    It wouldn’t surprise me that the high succes rate has to do with people switching to non smoking alternatieve means of nicotine intake.
