Hmm, not sure how obscure some of these are but excluding super well known artists, I still have a huge list of oddball stuff, here’s just some of them:
Atari Teenage Riot (and Alec Empire’s solo stuff, in spite of his politics),

Black Dresses (and both girls’ solo work)
The Birthday Massacre,

Darling Violetta,

Information Society (specifically Don’t Be Afraid),

As you can see it’s mostly dark, synthy, industrial stuff, sometimes very loud punky things like ATR or MCM, and E6 as a weird lighthearted rock band cause those guys just rock.
Oh and since I completely failed to answer the question, probably the most obscure artist I listen to regularly would be May Leitz, who does uh… a weird mix of rock, metal, indie, electronic… stuff. She also is a youtuber and a novelist.
