What is the community’s thoughts the upcoming movie? Optimistic? Pessimistic? What do we hope to see? I was not a big fan of Prometheus and Covenant, but greatly enjoy Alien, Aliens, and Alien 3 (assembly cut).
unpopular opinion, but i really wanted to see the alien empire that David built and what happens after covenant. hes just such a good bad guy that i can see past all the bullshit in cov and enjoy watching michael fassbender he creeps me the f out
I share your take to an extent. Fassbender’s performance as David was excellent and the character was very interesting. There just wasn’t enough going for the rest of either movie to raise it to the same standard as the first three movies for me.

Well i dont know really, was a great suporter of the Neill Blomkamp idea continuation of the saga, but Ridley stop it.
But we’ll see what’s coming, what kind of continuity it will have and whether it will keep us hooked like the first 3 films.
