She hasn’t given up my stinky shirt for a few days and it must remain on her chair.

Not really, but neither did her namesake. She meows sometimes but is more into ‘brrrrp’ kinda noises and has always been willing to chew me out over the slightest infractions with a hiss. If people are over she’ll come out and snarl at everyone and then go back to bed. She’s cool as hell.

What a badass cat. Mine is still recently homed enough she’s still scared of common things like the sound of doors and needy, but is slowly learning to master her new demesne.

I hope she reaches the levels of cat confidence yours seems to have.

Edit: wait didn’t you say the namesake was a vocalist? How did she not sing?

Darby Crash when was a he, though my cat isn’t. He sang in a punk band and sounded like this. It took a long time to come up with a name, I adopted her directly from her mom and asked which one has been the biggest painting the ass, thr family immediately all pointed to Darby and I said “that one”. She was the runt and is still very small and she was born with her tail installed sideways, it goes out a bit normal and then curls to the left and drops down so her butt looks like 2006 emo hair. It took a while to name her but during the chaos of her being a kitten (at age 9 she is now closer to standard kitten, she was the Tasmanian Devil of Loony Tunes fame as an actual kitten) where she dove into a pot of Chilli we had cooling and then ran around the house spreading it everywhere and then sliced me to ribbons when I had to clean her. During this time I was watching the documentary the video I posted came from.
