I can try… It is a rather simple machine that uses the same mechanism for each quadrant and layer. I will start with all basic shapes and all possible colors. It is able to produce a single belt of the shape requested by the hub.

First I paint full basic shapes, then I cut them up and layer them.
There is a little bit of logic for empty or unpainted quadrants and a buffer to reach the throughput required by the hub.
