I keep myself skinny and muscular. But I’m sympathetic to people who fail to do so. I’d much rather be an annoying prophet of cycling and home cooked vegetarian meals than the removed who tells people to feel bad about their body. Their bodies are great, they just aren’t in the best condition at the moment. People tend not to take care of things they have but are ashamed of, even if they’d be proud of it were it better cared for.
