A total of 3 different systems all running Pop!_OS are unable to run Yakuza Kiwami

One such device is my Steam Deck which can run the game on SteamOS but not Pop!_OS

The distro is the only consistent variable between all 3 systems. This seems to be a distro-specific issue, but I’m not sure how or what would even need to be looked at.
