Back in the time before the Reddit thing happened, applications took at most 1 (one) day to be reviewed. Probably the huge influx of users now.
Edit: Oh I just remembered. .ml TLD is sometimes blocked by email services because they are often used by spammers and other evil-doers. So you maybe you could look into the SPAM folder if you have one.
